Position Accountabilities: Prioritize and delegate work tasks for customer service in-house staff with focus on customerneeds and performance targets. Handle customer service in-house staff on their daily tasks with particular emphasis on processes and systems, and achievement of individual and departmental performance targets. Process and response to request from truck sub-contractor, driver and customer warehouse man in a timely manner. Complete Service request from internal and external customer in accordance with company policy, customer’s SOP, ISO procedure and superior’s instruction in daily job.
